Compost pails can bring on odors and insects. You know composting is an environmentally preferable practice, but you're up against the Ick Factor. The Answer: Place a used paper takeout box inside your freezer. Use the cup as your collection point for your odor-full compostable items such as bones and eggshells. On your compost collection morning toss the whole now-frozen takeout box into your Compost Bin.
