Shredded Paper goes in the Compost Bin

Shredded paper belongs in the COMPOST bin, not the Recycle Bin.  Since it's free of plastic pieces and metal staples, etc., it's best to place in compost which is bagged.  This way it doesn't fly around and also serves to mute the odors of the compost bin and soak up the liquids.
